MPC Water Resources

The Metropolitan Planning Commission is a joint planning agency for the City of Savannah and Chatham County, Georgia. MPC was created in 1955 as the Savannah Metropolitan Planning Commission. Two years later, Chatham County was added when the Georgia General Assembly enacted legislation permitting joint city-
county planning commissions.
